How do I get a picture of my baby featured on your Web site?

Just send us an email with a picture of your baby using any Cloud b product. We love to see your pictures, and we'll add it to our Cloud b photo gallery. Simply send us an email with your consent to use the photo (with the picture attached) to sales@cloudb.co.uk.

How does Cloud b Help Children Sleep?

Cloud b works with an Advisory Board of paediatricians, therapists, and parents to develop and refine products that help babies sleep better. The Advisory Board meets regularly to discuss product improvements, customer feedback, and ideas for new products that will help babies (and parents!) get a better night's sleep.

How do I provide suggestions on current products, or ideas for new products?

We depend on you, our customers, and our advisory board to help us make Cloud b sleep products even better. If you have a suggestion for improvement or a new idea, please contact us at sales@cloudb.co.uk - we would love to hear from you and will discuss your input at our next Advisory Board meeting.

How do I find a retail store in my area that offers Cloud b products?

How much are the shipping charges?

Shipping charges are based on the weight of the product ordered and the distance of the shipment. We have worked with a number of shipping companies to get the lowest possible shipping rates.

When will I receive my order?

Orders will be shipped to you within 7-10 days of your order. All orders received after 12 noon, PST will be processed the next business day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Do you offer a volume discount?
